The Center for Schools and Communities (CSC) Administrative and Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for the development and oversight of effective and efficient administrative processes and protocols for CSC operations, especially for the delivery of high-quality professional development and conferences, technical assistance, and associated work. Assure the coordination and completion of quality work through use of Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit approved business and procedural standards. Serves as support to the human resources department in the Central office and CSC especially as it relates to the hiring process. Responsible for oversight of operations and administrative staff ensuring consistency of process and protocols and supervision of operational staff. Actively engaged in the operational implementation of the strategic planning process for CSC.
