Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer Program Project Specialist

The Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer Program Project Specialist will collaborate with program staff in the development, implementation and operation of the Summer EBT/SUN Bucks program at Center for Schools and Communities (CSC), and per the program deliverables established with the Pennsylvania Departments of Education and Human Services (DHS). CSC’s main deliverables for the program include technical assistance, resource development, training, data collection/analysis, and research. The specialist will work alongside program and state agency staff and Local Education Agencies to successfully implement the program and gather school data necessary for DHS to provision the Summer EBT benefit to Pennsylvania students and their families.

  • This position is funded through June 30, 2025, with the potential of four additional one-year options.
  • This position allows a hybrid work schedule — three days at Center for Schools and Communities and two days from home/approved off-site locations.
