The terms apply to any Call for Proposals for events hosted by Center for Schools and Communities, such as Refugee Education Summit, Migrant Education Program Conference, ELO Conference, Paving the Way Conference, and Strengthening Families Conference.
No Promotion of Products and Services
I (and my co-presenters) understand that I (we) are prohibited from promoting my (our) organization’s products and services during my (our) presentation at the 2024 Refugee Education Summit.
Photography, Audio Recording and Videography
By participating in this event, I (and my co-presenters) acknowledge and accept that I (and my co-presenters) will enter a physical or virtual space where photography, audio recording, and/or videography may occur and to have my (and my co-presenters) photograph/audio/video published in printed and electronic promotional and informational materials, on the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) and Center for Schools and Communities (CSC) and its affiliated websites and social media sites, and/or on partner organizations websites, news, and advertising. I (and my co-presenters) waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any advertising copy or printed matter that may be used with the finished media.
